Oy Bay!

"My heart is in the east, and I in the uttermost west." — Yehudah Ha-Levi

Welcome J-Lifer, our newest OyBay’ster!

Posted by Oyster on September 18, 2006

Laura Rheinheimer portraitJ-Lifer is a super-super-senior at San Jose State University. When she’s not an intrepid reporter in the field, she likes late-night golf and blogging! J-Lifer is a freelance reporter for several South Bay publications and Jewish newspapers. In addition to Oy Bay, she blogs for campusj.com and maintains her own blog, www.thejlife.blogspot.com. J-Lifer likes to report on local news and events, and anything relating to Jews or diabetics.

I know J-Lifer from the Hillel of Silicon Valley, and since the first time I spoke with her I knew that I wanted her to write for Oy Bay. She’s a professional, people. The rest of us are just amateurs. So give her mad respect! And don’t be rude, give her a shout-out in the comments! 🙂

    As Seinfeld would say: hellllllooooooooo!!!
Look, just because I have “J Life” tattooed on my stomach in Olde English letters like Tupac does NOT mean I live the ghetto life.
Happy to be here for my Tribesmen and honorary Jews in the South Bay.
