Matza easy recipes (if you get any :'( )

With the awful shortage of Matza this year in the valley of the sillicon, I’m not sure how much matza meals you can make…
Anyhow, my favorite one is Matza-french-toast:
A bunch of Matza
crush the matza, mix all together in a bowl, let the matza soak up the milk for some time, then fry it. Yumm!
herbs, salt, and the such
make a matza pizza and put it in the conventional oven/toaster.
I’m going to try Elle’s Ma-zania (i.e. matza lasagna) this Shabbos, so next year you can try it too!
