A Plague of Darkness, A Light Unto the World

Posted by minsky on December 1, 2008

Rabbi Marvin Hier speaks of Darkness…

In 20 days it is Hannukkah, and we will celebrate Light. Our celebration is not only an appreciation of the Victory of Good, but it also a call to share this Light with the rest of the world. To give the Light of Hannukkah, the light of the Victory of the Righteous, to the world of the of the 21st century.

Hence, we must arm ourselves with Rabbi Hier’s words, and take them to heart.

A new generation of hater’s is attempting to hijack the 21st century and to darken the flames of the Temple, but “The Jewish people whom you seek to destroy will still be here – long after you and your haters have been deposited in the dustbins of history.”
