It was great to see so many new faces last month! This month we have just as many great opportunities to get involved, make new friends, and learn something new, so if you haven’t taken the first step yet, now’s the perfect time!

If you can only make it out one night this month, clear your schedule for Upside Down: A Purim Masquerade Party on Saturday, February 27th. You don’t want to be the only Bay Area Jew stuck at home on Purim – Israel’s (and this year, the Bay’s) premier party night!

We even have registration information for the Birthright Israel Summer Bay Area Community Trip with Israel Outdoors, so if you haven’t been on birthright Israel yet, register now, and if you have, forward this email to your friends so they can cash in on the gift of a lifetime!

See you soon!

How To: NEXT Shabbat

Want to host a NEXT Shabbat but think you don’t have the time or space? It’s easier than you’d think! Your crazy schedule and cramped digs don’t have to keep you from being the charming host or hostess we know you are. We’ll show you how to serve up a delicious meal and give your friends a unique and meaningful Shabbat experience without breaking a sweat.

Then, host your own meal and Birthright Israel NEXT picks up the tab – giving Taglit-Birthright Israel alumni up to $18 per person for up to 16 people. Good Shabbos!
